These terms govern your use of CompileCareers. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using CompileCareers (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What CompileCareers provides
CompileCareers offers technical hiring services and tools: engineer-led technical vetting and structured interviewing for employers, interview-readiness support (including mock interviews and coaching) for candidates, and related platform features.
CompileCareers does not place candidates and does not guarantee any hiring outcome, job offer, or interview result. Decisions about who to hire remain entirely yours.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
To close your account and have your personal data erased, email support@app-pollo.com. If you own an organization, you will need to transfer ownership to another member first — deleting it would remove records belonging to your colleagues. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep and why.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, damage, or reverse-engineer it; scrape or access it through automated means without our permission; upload harmful, misleading, or infringing content; or impersonate any person or organisation.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as profiles, roles, and interview materials. You grant CompileCareers a licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and provide the Service.
6. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by CompileCareers and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
7. Fees
Some services, such as advisory engagements, are paid. Their scope, fees, and payment terms are agreed separately. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any candidate, hire, or interview outcome will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompileCareers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for hiring or business decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), unless a different jurisdiction is agreed in writing. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
